Welcome to Illuminate Candles! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping

  • We ship orders within 5 Days of Placement

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

3. Refunds & Returns

  • We only offer refunds for items that are damaged, broken, or unusable upon arrival.

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for used candles.

4. Product Safety

  • All candles should be used according to the safety instructions provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
